Francisco Javier Padilla Mitre
Overview
Francisco Padilla’s practice focuses mainly in Labor and Employment Law.
He has participated in due diligence processes focused on the compliance with social security, labor and employment laws, he has counseled several local and transnational companies in individual and collective labor matters, including advice in hiring procedures, union matters and social security procedures as well as adversarial and non-adversarial/conciliatory proceedings.
His experience includes alternate dispute resolution methods applied to labor matters, such as negotiation, mediation and conciliation.
Francisco has successfully represented to local and international companies in labor trials (individual and union-related) before Labor Courts all over Mexico.
