Overview
Jaime Eduardo Martínez has more than 25 years of experience counseling local and multinational companies on corporate and contractual law, among other fields related with business legal advice. His field of expertise includes counseling and advice in protection of IP rights, as well as in immigration procedures.
Jaime Eduardo has acted as counsel to a considerable number of foreign companies all-along their investment process in Mexico, from incorporation and structuring of subsidiaries and including negotiation and improvement of joint venture agreements and other business-integration contracts, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as execution and coordination of due diligence processes.
Furthermore, he has participated in the negotiation of commercial contracts for a broad range of transactions among national and multinational clients, including the brokering of credits, provision of securities, shareholders’ agreements, and others.
