Overview
Mauricio Arevalo counsels to local and international companies mainly on Labor and Employment Law and Immigration Law.
He has implemented strategies aiming to prevent labor litigations and has successfully represented to companies before Labor Courts.
An important part of his practice has been his consultancy in labor authority audits regarding development and training, health and safety, employee profit sharing, among other obligations of employers in Mexico.
Additionally, he has participated in all sort of immigration procedures required for the obtaining of the legal residence for expatriates that will work in Mexico and their families.
