Valeria Larrondo Tafoya
Overview
Valeria Larrondo’s professional practice focuses mainly in Corporate Law and Administrative Proceedings.
Important part of her practice includes advising national and international companies for both general and specific compliance, including the obtention of all kind of government permits, licenses and authorizations, as well as counselling with respect to foreign investment.
Her experience includes negotiating and drafting civil and commercial contracts, including trust agreements and other real estate transactions.
Additionally, she has participated in all sort of immigration procedures required for the obtaining of the legal residence for expatriates that will work in Mexico and their families, as well as procedures for the obtention of visas for nationals that will travel abroad.
